Phillip Hardy brings more than a decade of expertise in managing complex, large-scale class action settlements across mass tort, securities, and antitrust matters. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. A recipient of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Black Leadership Award, Mr. Hardy has been recognized for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace and beyond. He has organized youth outreach programs, back-to-school drives, and holiday food initiatives that have provided direct support to families in need. Since joining the Board in 2025, he has served on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the Finance Committee.
